BounceBack – a free program of the Canadian Mental Health Association. This is a free skills-building program using workbooks and a trained coach to guide you to manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. Specific versions for youth aged 15-18, adults 19 and over and care providers. You can sign up either to work with a coach in six telephone sessions over three to six months, or watch the videos in English, French, Arabic, Farsi, Cantonese, Mandarin or Punjabi. You need to be connected to a primary care provider, including a walk-in or virtual clinic. If you are not able to register, you can still have access to the videos.
